![]() About 2 years ago, I discovered that I was almost breaking even and then I actually was breaking even and then, every few sessions, I’d win. I’d play for a few weeks and get beat so bad that I would give up and go back to reading books and thinking about it. ![]() It took a while to find the right practice site but eventually I found it: Replay Poker, not real money but with the right set of rules and conditions to practice as if it were. About six years ago, I took a look at the old TV shows that you find on YouTube: Poker After Dark and High Stakes Poker and determined that those playing at high levels are not that much different than me, so I began studying the game, practicing and, occasionally, playing at very low stakes. But recently, with the thought of advancing my income level, I’ve been working on my poker skills – that is, my Texas Hold Em poker skills. Mostly in Vegas, I was just working and raising a family and the blackjack was fun to learn and master. ![]()
